- Account data: name, email, organisation, role.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: agents and skills used, prompts and outputs (encrypted at rest).
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
2. How we use data
- To deliver the NorthstarHub service and improve agent quality.
- To bill, support and communicate with you.
- To detect fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing emails) and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors strictly required to deliver the service (cloud hosting, payments, customer support). A current list is available on request.
5. International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes.
