By accessing or using NorthstarHub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using NorthstarHub on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. The service
NorthstarHub provides AI agents, assistants and skills for IT audit and compliance use cases. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- One-time skill packs are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, no unlawful, infringing or harmful content, no attempts to evade rate limits or bypass security.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. We process data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
6. AI outputs
Outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for audit conclusions and regulatory filings.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. We may suspend the service immediately for security or compliance reasons.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
